The rooms were far nicer than expected for the price.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was a good selection and tasty food.
Would definitely use this accommodation if visiting Dundee again.

Was clean but could be doing way something show where front doors are as walk passed it and there no parking

I travelled by train to Dundee so this hotel was in a perfect location and well placed for the center.
Hotel was clean, modern and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was cleaning. Staff was efficient. Great location. Would recommend as a good, affordable 3star hotel!
