I have no complaints. Friendly staff. Quiet and clean room. They extended my check out for an hour or so without any issues.

The lady working in the breakfast area was very nice and checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay while we were having breakfast. She was friendly and kind. I think her name was Lucy I can’t remember
