Location was good, as we were headed south and wanted to be beyond DC. Our room was fine....clean and uncluttered. Modern bathroom. The office / reception area was unimpressive and gave an initial bad impression. And the grounds around the place were dirty and cluttered with debris......also a bad first impression.

Sheets dirty and had spots on them..... towels and Wash clothes dirty

The property is not that aesttically pleasing but it serves its purposes. I am not sure if breakfast was available but i wouldn't have known where too look. Room was decent, no frills, no extras.

Room service happened once out of the three weeks i stayed there, crack heads and hookers were out all night talking and screaming at each other usually. Cops out multiple times a day. Bathrooms have rust and mold.
