No hotwater!

The property was in bad condition.
Second hand furniture.
No ensuite rooms, so expensive even if it was a nice place. Bathroom toilet seat was very lose.
Park at the railway station for 50p a day.

Thank you for your feedback but what you have paid was room with shared bathroom which I have offered room with private shower but didn't want to pay the extra.Regarding parking it does says we don't have parking so next time you book anywhere else READ the fine prints as false reviews can damage good businesses. Hot water is on 24/7 as we use biomass to heat and hot water is on 24/7.

Do not ever go to this one
Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis place is terrible. It’s a dump. The room was dirty. It did not have an en suite bathroom the bathroom down the hall. The toilet didn’t work and there was no hot water. It was really really terrible. No one should stay there.

We stayed 3 nights in this property , warm as you enter property but in the rooms there was no heating & we had no hot water , we phoned owner he said boiler was gettin serviced & he would see us kater but he never came to see us , then later on we had hot water for very short time then the rest of days no hot water again & there was no cleaning of our room or replenish tea/coffee/towels/toilet paper for our full 3 day stay , i would give this no stars if i could , i woulnt recommend this property to anyone , no staff at all in this property to dpeak to if you have a problem

Very disappointed with what has been said as false reviews can damage good business,We have a biomass heating system and the heating is on 24/7 is that warm the building and the rooms hotel guests leaves the windows open. You both were complaining that your room was to hot which i have advice you to open the window, I have provided you with about four towels each extra tea and coffees advice you if you need anything extra to contact me which you phoned me and ask for extra teas and coffers which i have provided you. Hope you don't leave false reviews in the future anywhere else you book to stay on expedia Thanks

Well all I can say is I'll never stop there again the room was cold the TV didn't work the double bed was small , it took like 10mins to get hot water out the tap
