I made an error on the date in reserving the room. The hotel was eager to make the corrections but there was so much confusion with Expedia that it took a couple hours standing at the hotel desk to resolve Otherwise we would have been charged twice. Expedia was ridiculous. It literally took 2 hours to resolve. Not the hotel’s fault. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

I'm very sorry there were challenges making changes with Expedia. They need to hear about your experience to make improvements on their side of the business model and the time you took to share this will help them. I'm glad my team at the hotel was accommodating and helpful in trying to assist you. Booking directly with Hilton next time could be a better option.

Hotel is fantastic. Area is horrible. Will not stay there again.
