"Hotel Veronica is an older property but it's comfortable. It has nothing fancy, but the shower and toilet worked. The sink is somewhat a bit slow in draining. The staff are very attentive and quick to respond with requests. It's located conveniently across from the Robinsons Mall and easy to hail tricycle drivers for a ride. The airport transfer was on time. I would go back there in the future."

"It was a great experience , good people to communicate and very good breakfast . The only problem we had is the hot water and their towels. After my husband took a shower the hot water is gone so everyday I had to take a cold shower and their towels are more like a fiber cloth type it would just wipe the water across your skin rather than drying you up but all in all it was great. Very good location but sometimes the neighborhood would have videoke went on until 2 am and it’s hard to sleep ,...

"This is the worst hotel, first the location you have to spend atleast 300-400 php if you wanna go to the city or just down the road to sm city. No convient store no pool, very hard to get a taxi the only choice is take a jeepney, they do provide a transfer going to gt mall but you have to wait atleast 30 mins cause of lack of transportation. "Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. No where in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special events. The pool was listed as one of the room amenities. The only reason we booked that particular hotel instead of one that was closer to our destination was because it had a pool. They also advertised that the rooms came with complimentary bottled water, but that wasn't true either. when I brought these issues up to the front desk, they blew me off like they didn't care. Don't ever stay at this hotel!"
