Historic hotel in great location. Sadly, it is not liveable. I stayed one night. Avoid.

Posted 11 May 2024 on HotelsStayed here several times when passing through Dumaguete. Nice open air breezeway. Short walk to Rizal, 7-11 across the park. Got a room with two beds, both the room and the bathroom were large, good aircon and tv. No breakfast resto anymore, but there is a new coffee shop in lobby with Filipino foods. Siren nearby went off twice around 9 & 10 pm after I was asleep👎

The property is not good the room is very unsafe and dirty and smells bad. I’m so glad my wife and my daughter stayed only for one night.

I think that the location and the fact that its in the heart of the city was a plus. I didn't like how hard the towels were -- like they were starched excessively

ok but beware of noisy people

Convenient location. Nice decore in rooms. Better ventilation and sound proofing needed. Our stay was affected by renovations, once completed it should improve things.
