It was a good stay,clean room and hotel staff are friendly but something wrong with the fridge in the family room it didnt seem working but above all it was a good stay.

Posted 27 Dec 2018 on HotelsNot very service friendly staff. We were offered a fridge at P350 per night and it barely kept our water above room temperature. When we mentioned that to the reception they just laughed and looked at the wall.
The water heater in the shower didn't work. The water pressure was next to nothing and vanished totally several times. The WiFi network didn't work most of the time.
The restaurant spent 45 minutes making a simple and highly overpriced meal.
The staff in the reception was pretty noisy, singing out loudly in the evening.
All in all.. we won't be going back there again, that's for sure.

Pros: Location
Cons: Fix your shower knob its spoiled
Location: Near church and shopping malls
Pleasant Stay and Good Location. But the shower knob is not working. Please fix this Room 5-04
