"There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. "We loved our stay here! We came out all the way from California and were only staying the weekend. They have a free shuttle that takes you anywhere you need to go around Duluth. We were only going to the zoo. When we had to leave to go back home their shuttle service did not start yet but they were able to set up a cab to come pick us up.
