Friendly staff, pet and family family, easy access to shops and restaurants. May need a little update on the furnitures but overall great experience.

Facility is very convenient to access to anywhere. The lake view was pretty. The room was clean. No complain. Just wanted to withdraw one star was because of the staff. Nobody gave me any greeting, when checking in, passing by in front of the front desk, breakfast, hallway, checking out. Even once.

Great location within Canal Park. Easy walking distance to the Lift Bridge or Bayfront Festival Park for Bentleyville.
