Night shift for front desk wasn’t educated on service animals and their access to the breakfast area in the hotel.

This property was extremely clean and quiet. This property will be our first choice whenever we come to Duluth to visit.

Nice staff and a beautiful lobby. Staff were willing to provide toothpaste and antibacterial wipes when asked.

Nice, quiet, clean roomy. Disappointed that the breakfast has gone to pre-packaged item that are just heated up.

This is a fine hotel with a nice look. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But it’s very expensive for what you get-lumpy bed and a poor breakfast.
