Went to Duluth for Bentleyville. Hotel was great, staff friendly. The flickering smoke alarm on the ceiling was a little distracting while we were sleeping, but I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located to all of the shops we visited which was great. The mattress is too soft and the pillows were not comfortable at all. Woke up each morning with stiff neck and shoulders. Breakfast was average. My only request upon booking was a top floor room but that didn’t happen

Ok but not the best
Asked to be put in a room not near an elevator and was put right next to the elevator. The elevator was constantly making noise so not very relaxing. Saturday morning breakfast there were no bananas and no eggs. Sunday morning breakfast no frittatas and oatmeal was like glue. Needless to say our stay was not worth the large amount we paid.

This is a fine hotel with a nice look. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But it’s very expensive for what you get-lumpy bed and a poor breakfast.

Tucker the general manager is doing a great job there! He is very polite. The breakfast was great and the staff there were very friendly! I loved the egg bites in muffin pans they made! Always love the waffles too!
