Bring thick socks!
Posted 29 Jul 2017I stayed at the cottage with my elderly parents and 10 year old son. The house was lovely, clean and fully equipped with cookware, dishes and even a washer and dryer which came in handy as two of our suitcases had been delayed. We visited in the winter (late July) and it was cold! We made a fire in the fireplace which was lovely but it was hard to warm up the house, even with the wall heaters. I kept wishing I had brought my slippers as the stone floors froze my feet. But a fully recommended accommodation!

The only issue that we had was intermittent hot water, but apart from that, it was excellent.

We are glad that you liked and experienced KlipHuisjes as excellent. Oops! The energy of the batteries went too low to ignite flame consistently of the gas geyser during your stay. Luckily, it was quickly replaced after you notified us of intermittent hot water. An oversight for which we apologize profusely.
