She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. Jamal at travel and loyalty was so helpful in helping us book our next stay at La Toc in 2027. If you go, make sure you seek out Share for her exceptional customer service. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain. The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic. The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical. Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together."
