What an amazing find!
Very clean and in the best location for the main attractions
Nikolina was a fantastic host and also very welcoming, would definitely stay again

Dear Stephen,You have booked double room excatelly as described by photos on the web.Nice and the biggest room we have. You sad to me before you left it was not the room you had imagined. Travelling all around and image to have a pallace but book double room is not real. You got a room you have booked. This is first time in my working life (23 years) that someone wrote something like this. Do you think that all other guests are liers???? or something is wrong with all 600 reviews??? It was your mistake not ours. After your mistake you gave us bad review. Shame on you!

Loved this hotel in a quiet part of town. Close to all attractions and ferries to Lokrum. Room was lovely, very clean and with an air con that worked well when needed in early September. Nikolina was a great host - From organising an airport transfer to recommending places to eat. She even met us at the gates and walked us to the accommodation, making us feel special from the start.
Would happily stay here again.

The property is in a perfect location for seeing & experiencing all Dubrovnik old town has to offer, the rooms are comfortable, clean & everything you need.
Nikolina & her husband are so helpful, the transport collection & drop off was excellent

The owners of the property was very welcoming and even met us at the City gates to give us a guided tour whilst walking us to the accommodation. Very informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
