Fantastic! Close to everything. Lots of stairs though so not good if you have problems with taking your luggage up 3 flights!

Thank you for the review! However, I must correct you:there are 2 flights of stairs to your unit. 1st flight from the ground floor to the 1st floor,and the 2nd flight is from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor where your unit was located.I wish you all the best!

No one has ever complained about the lack of hot water. Anyway, why didn't you report the problem (if there is one) right away?

Centrally located inside old town, restaurants a few steps away, souvenier shops, sandwich and pizza places nearby, close to popular banje beach, close to cable car, close to boat tours. Place is secure you need code to get in and they have surveillance camera

Art House Dubrovnik has amazing location in the center with lovely views from the windows.

If you want a prime location in Dubrovnik Old Town then this apartment should be top of your list. It is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and has everything you could need. Easy to find, pop in your access code and your in a real home from home. You could self cater in the apartment but I just popped downstairs to the main street Stradun in the morning for breakfast at whichever cafe took my fancy. You really are in a perfect location.
Having read the negative reviews for this property I must say I found them totally unfounded. The replies by the owner Stella to these reviews did make me smile 😀.
This is a lovely property and I would highly recommend it.
