I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses.
But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon).
Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad .

Lovely stay and comfy bed.staff were amazing and breakfast is excellent.I will recommend this hotel to anyone who want to visit Dubrovnik.

We stayed at this property a week ago on a gate1 tour and returned again after some time on the local islands,it is in a good position from the old town walking about 20 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back as it is uphill , also you can get a no 4 bus to and from just outside old town , the hotel is very clean and spacious the beds are nice and comfortable great place to stay also a good breakfast I will stay here again on my return to Dubrovnik

it takes around 15 minute walk to the old city. the breakfast is good. the open parking lot is free.
