All of the area was evacuated due to a wildfire before our stay and we were not informed, still had the listing up and we paid for a room we never got to stay in and didn’t get a refund for. the area has zero cell service and is at least an hour from non-spotty service or a gas station. other than that the property looked just a little run down.

Nice place in a beautiful area. Staff was very friendly. Had an excellent burger at the restaurant. Could use a little care, several light bulbs in the room flickered or were out. It was a bit far from GTNP, longer drive than I thought it would be but it worked out okay.

Overall our stay was good. Ate dinner at the restaurant attached to lodge. Pizza was good. Staff very friendly, but they seemed short staffed to cover all areas. TVs in room don't work, so don't expect too much.
