Staying at the Samuel hotel was very clean, modern, and inviting. For it being my first time in Ireland. I am looking forward to stating here more!!!

My favourite hotel in Dublin. This was my second time in the Samuel and it did not disappoint. Check in and check out so easily done. Staff were friendly. Rooms so clean and warm and the beds are so comfortable!

Basic hotel. One of the worst hotel gyms. No hair conditioner in rooms. Room not cleaned enough.

Lots of technology in use. Self checkin and checkout. Room keys activate lifts. No buttons in lifts. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Everything feels new. Staff were great at helping navigate the technology. Good selection at breakfast.

A nice enough hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but close enough to walk if you’re a good walker. My main hesitation in a stellar review was the ineptitude of the staff. The housekeeping was slow, as we often came back in the late afternoon to find our room still untouched, even with the sign requesting service on. We asked if we could extend our checkout by 1 hour, and the young man at the desk told us it would cost 40 euros, until we spoke with his supervisor. Little things that suggest an inexperienced staff.
It’s a nice new hotel, but it needs to work out some kinks.
