The rooms were so big and fantastic value for money. The whole hotel was really clean. We had the best weekend here, great location.

Picked up a towel in the bathroom and a pair of used boxers fell out. Disgusting! Clearly don't change the towels after every guest. Ignored my complaint email and brushed it off when I complained at check out.

Lovely bed great shower be aware swimming pool and spa is additional £25 per person unless upgrade to club room not clear from website

The room was clean and centrally located but we had some issues walking from the hotel to O'Connell street where we didn't feel particularly safe. There are some questionable characters in the area and as two women we did feel intimidated and although its a short walk felt safer using taxis.

A nice hotel. We booked a club room which was great and comes with a free continental breakfast which we ate on the terrace at the club lounge.
