Might have only been one person working at the time, waited two hours after check in to get into our room. Very clean, in a nice district

I was so overwhelmed, just trying to get our rooms was incredibility crazy! Everything from price for a pea size room in an mini apartment building, to the way they want you get into your room and park gave me the worse headache! Just so disappointed after using 5 other hotels in Southern Ireland, no returns to this one for sure!

This is an old Georgian House in a nice suburb of Dublin which has been converted to a hotel. The rooms are small but cosy and well-fitted. No restaurant on site but many within walking distance, and 20/25 minutes to city by bus or taxi.

Convenient location very near to bus routes, cafes, pub, pharmacy, and grocery. Did not receive door code prior to arrival as anticipated but lovely staff on site helped get me settled. Room was very small but tidy enough and bedding was fresh.
The single room with the single bed is situated directly below the front entrance and main hallway. I found it to be quite noisy and did not have a sound sleep during my stay. I would not book this room again though I would consider a different room at the same location.

Listing offers luggage storage but on site they have a sign that says they do not (incorrect description). Had to wait an extra 1.5 hrs for our room because they didn’t have it cleaned by their listed check-in time. Staff were not helpful - they even sat in the same waiting room as us without mentioning they work there and continued to loiter and not clean our room until I had called the property manager for an update. Otherwise, rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Do note they tend to leave cleaning supplies/trash bags outside of rooms (tripping hazard) and can be quite noisy throughout the day/night.
