"Loved my stay here, we actually stayed longer than planned,, staff were amazing,, we were on a quiet floor and had a brilliant sleep. Pillows were super soft. The view from our room was brilliant we stayed on top floor,, thank you to leanne who checked us in and really spoiled us for a special occasion,, room was spotless,, girls on the desk were super,, I'll definitely be back,, thank you so much "

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"There was no heat in my bedroom only air conditioning even though I asked three times very disappointing for a four star Hotel. At breakfast I would rather get the breakfast myself than having to order it."
