We had a stranger enter our room in the middle of the night, when we told the staff they didn’t accept any liable and told us they believe it was because we didn’t close the door properly. Which doesn’t explain why a stranger would come to our room in the first place and have a key card.
The sheets in our room were stained and discoloured.
The shared rooms are extremely small, I wouldn’t recommend even if you are just using the rooms to sleep, there isn’t enough room to move around.

Good morning Alex, I am sorry about the experience. Our Premises has a full CCTV'S system and as told when I met You on Your checking out day full investigation was carried out.Just aside Your bedroom we have one of the CCTV system and was recorded the incident at 06:48 when a Man without holding any card simply pushed the door entering the room. Every bedroom door lock has a recording locking system and no openings were done by any other key rather Yours meaning that unfortunately the door was left open even if as confirm during our short meeting in the corridor, door automatically latched in 15 seconds if not left opened.Please feel free to contact us back for any further information as per GDPR I would be able to share CCTV'S footage to authorities in order to protect everybody Privacy.Kind Regards

It is brilliantly located in a part of Dublin with Museums, top rated cafe and the Jameson's Distillery right around the corner. There is also a tram line right outside the front door for ease of access to the shopping district

The staff was wonderful and very helpful!! The rooms are pretty small, there is not much room for luggage, it was pretty noisy throughout the night, and the bathroom door has no way of staying closed and the door is see through.

The hotel rooms are very small. The lay out of the room works fairly well. The storage space for luggage is at a minimual, meaning none if you have two people in the room.
However, what the room is lacking the staff makes up for. They staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were eager to help when help was needed.
The hotel is in a decent location, where most tjings are within walking distance. The Guinness Factory and Roe & Co. are a 15 minute walk. The Jamesons Distillery is about an 8 minute walk. The famous Temple Bar area is about a 20 to 25 minute walk. Christ Church and St. Patrick's Cathedral are within walking distance.
