Location was good, room was pleasant however, sold as a double. If it was a double it was very small!

Hey, Expedia. Thanks for having a minimum 50 character review. I'm not interested in writing one, and resent it being mandatory to leave a good review for a place I stayed. This place was amazing. Cheers.

Pros:
- It's a new building with good facilities.
- Decent location
Cons:
- Rooms were boiling and AC didn't work.
- Staff sent us to a non-existent bus stop for our airport bus, missed the bus.
- Staff were asleep on duty at the 24/7 reception when we needed to check out and didn't wake up.
- Incorrectly charged me for losing the key which I made sure staff had when I returned to get a taxi - originally left it on the sleeping staff member's iPad.
- Haven't refunded me for incorrect charges and had no further response from Hashtag so will need to file a claim through my credit card provider.

Basic good if on tight budget
Posted 26 Aug 2019 on HotelsOn arrival we were early by half an hour so we decided to wait with others in a nice waiting space with sofas etc.We then waited 35 mins-some people were checked in before us who had just arrived, which was very frustrating. The checking in process was just poorly organised and really unprofessional. All the staff were around 18-20 which is fine but you could tell they were not organised.I think three tablets were working and check-in was at a "reception" which was a pool table and an area with stools. The area is a tram ride away from the centre and a bit dodgy in parts. The rooms and communal areas were lovely. It was really hot and no fans or aircon so we had the window open in our room but the road outside was so noisy, I dont think we had a decent sleep the whole time we were there. It was a place to sleep and shower as we were out all day and most of the night, done its job but just wish our check-in wasnt so frustrating and dragged out after travelling for hours. Will definitely be back to Dublin but maybe next time spend extra for a hotel.

Perfect place to stay economically for a Con
Posted 24 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe accommodations were spartan, but all I needed was a place to sleep. The most exciting thing was that a full kitchen was available on each floor, so we could safely store food, or even make meals.
