Property was convenient for what we needed. Parking was free and secure, easy access to centre of Dublin. Only thing that could have been better was the shower, better temperature and pressure.

The staff seemed nice enough but they basically just gave us a key and a room number. Didn't tell us that the doors get locked and there's a code or what the code was and when we left they just took the key and didn't say anything. The bathroom was dirty and the bath tub was cracked and was the sink. The toilet wasnt clean properly either. The doors haven't been looked after so you have to really pull it to close the door and it must be every door because you can always year a door slamming. It's also very hard to get hold of member of staff.

Due to covid restrictions which are still in place we keep interaction to a minimum . All our doors have self closing its us mandatory for fire safety. Apologies

Needs a total makeover or knocked
Posted 16 Aug 2021 on HotelsVery pleasant staff , but I’m afraid that’s all I can say that was nice. My double room had bunk bed and a single bed . No bed side lockers or lamps . Mattress was well past it’s best by date . Bathroom needed to be power washed as the tiles on the floor and walls were filthy. It’s in an amazing location. Car parking out front for free was great . But , the guest house is long past 3 stars or two star, it’s tired and unloved .

The room is a large family room it contains I double bed 1single bed and bunk beds very popular with families. The room does have bedside lockers and lamps ..fridge tea coffee facalites multi channel tv and a light continental breakfast included in the price …I found the bathroom in clean condition your power washing commment complete exaggeration.. Deerpark is very much loved as a family business for many years ..it is so disheartening to receive these unwarranted comments after all our struggles operating throughout COVID..these untruths are very damaging to any business we operate at 100 per occupancy mostly loyal repeat customers

Posted 15 Aug 2021 on HotelsThis property was not up to scratch. the room was clean but only just and the sheets on the bed were clean but not pressed. No sink plug in sink . Good working TV with sattelite channels was appreciated. Quiet a few famalys staying so early morning crying from Children and wooden floors left a sleep in impossible.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay I am baffled re the non pressed sheets as we get our laundry from an outside company cleaned and pressed twice weekly..sorry about the missing sink plug we could have rectified that immediately had we been informed..we are very popular with families due to our location at the Phoenix park with many attractions for children unfortunately we have no control over children crying ..all carpets had been replaced due to COVID recommendations for cleaning purposes
