The hotel and most of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. There was 1 male on every morning at breakfast who was rude, obnoxious and shouldn't be customer facing! I have emailed to praise where needed and complain about this person as his attitude needs to be addressed but had no reply. Other than him the stay way very pleasant. Rooms were clean and spacious

Lamp was broken toilet seat was broken and the window was broken, ok departure staff didn’t say buy or thank you for the stay

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, one of the male staff members (Steven I think) went out of his way to sit and show us the specific bus numbers and routes for each place we wanted to go, along with personally driving us to the local shop to get a bus card. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 stayed here to be close to the airport for our morning departure. The hotel rooms were nice. The restaurant was outstanding Parking is free, in a large outdoor lot. We were able to take a route to the airport that was very open and had a gas station for us to top off the rental. It’s basically a business hotel which worked well for our situation. Clean and efficient.

Generally quiet at night. Great amenities. Nice stay except on Fri night when young party guests were loud in the hallway. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to base myself from for a trip around Ireland,close to the airport and Dublin but not inside of it. Close to the main highways West and North. And bus stop right outside the entrance for better access to dublin rather than paying for parking.
Amenities were great, staff were very welcoming and friendly. 2 onsite restaurants, as well as walking to a shopping center for more takeaway options
