Rooms are super small. No one was available to help with bags or greet me upon arrival and direct me where to go. I had to ask for everything.

Media One hotel is conveniently located to the Marina Walk. I checked in after 1 AM. I’ve did not like the room that was blocked for me in the night. Manager was super nice to accommodate me the next day to a higher floor, which made my stay very comfortable. He provided me and my husband, an exceptional customer service and I will definitely go back.

Carpets were dirty and gave a mildew smell to the room. Rooms are extremely small for the price. Very low grade rooms and out of date

Would recommend this hotel for the location. Garden on the 8 was good happy hour between 4-8pm had a great atmosphere with sports and great music . Staff was very attentive. Our only problem was our fridge wasn’t working but we were supplied with ice every night very promptly. Pool area was very chilled again great music. It is out of the sun but in our opinion that was a good thing
