The location is great. Lots of things to do and see around there. Easy to get around.

Excellent new hotel with great location.
Marina is 5 minutes walk and JBR beach 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again

I’ve been to Dubai few times and this was my first time experiencing not a great service. The location was great, however, the staff didn’t seem too friendly or willing to go out of their way. When we arrived to the hotel we weren’t greeted at the door, we were struggling with our suitcases and toddler to come up but no one got the door for us, when we tried to book an excursion the lady at the desk didn’t seem to bothered to even try and sell it to us. We had issues with having our toddlers fresh milk heated or getting it even from them, didn’t get the name of this staff but I think she was Filipino and was at the front desk of jam jars restaurant during breakfast time, I would like to say she was the only staff there that actually gave great customer service and didn’t question anything. One night at 3:45am we were woken up with a leak in the bathroom ceiling which needed to be vacuumed out by someone that made a lot of noise the person at the reception that answered my called about this issue didn’t even apologise rather he said have a good night :/ the stay was okay would’ve been great if the staff had given the customer service everyone should get from a 4 star hotel.
