الفندق بشكل عام جيد لكن معاملة بعض الموظفين سيئة جدا والشاطئ سيء وطلبت خروج متاخر .. أخبروني إلى الساعه ١ ظهرا فقط !! مع العلم ان الفندق فاضي نوعا ما

However, we are deeply sorry to learn about your negative experiences with some of our team and the condition of the beach. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and unusual for us. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the late check-out policy. We understand that flexibility is important to our guests, however after checking with our team, we found that you have requested for a late checkout until 16:00, but unfortunately due to the high occupancy during the weekend, the situation was tight and did not allow us to provide the late check out as requested as the late check out is purely subject the hotel availability, however we manage to provide you with the late check out till 13:30Once again we appreciate your feedback and, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve.Kind regards,Awad AliDuty Manager
