The mattress and pillows are bad and uncomfortable. The staff are very kind but the location is also bad to come in and get out

Far from main transport
Breakfast is so limited and few
But it cozy place and comfortable and the staff are friendly

My husband and I have stayed there twice, and loved it friendly staff, we loved our room and were able to stay in the same room twice. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The people working there were interpersonally disgusting. They tried to paint a picture of me that was inappropriate. Treated me like a person committing something deviant. In addition, they weren’t too friendly and had biased views about me that made me uncomfortable. I couldn’t come and go without being judged and watched. It gave me anxiety and paranoid feelings.
One night at 1:30am they sent a housekeeper up to room to bother me. Kept on knocking and ringing a doorbell saying housekeeping. I didn’t say anything, but I was pissed, because they woke me up. With the way these guys were thinking and acting they probably thought I brought hookers up there. When I checked out they asked me if I left anybody in the room?
Overall the staff acted biased towards me, and gave me an impression that they were having misconceptions or misunderstandings about me.
I was there on vacation as a solo traveler to see the country. It kind of took away from the experience that I was on vacation and away from work. I was annoyed by it and made me feel kinda out of place.
