We pay more and get less!!!

Hotel Apartments was good locations and staff very good. But the TV not working and very small one .the hotel need some service inside the room and yhe smiles very bad inside rooms. Most important not the windows very bad QUALITY BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR ALL NOISES FROM OUTSIDE THE STREET.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I have had a good stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Bothe times I have arrived on an early morning flight and have been checked in within 45 minutes of my arrival which I am very grateful for after a night flight. I will be visiting Dubai again in June for my birthday and possibly before and will try get booked in here again.

The property is in an amazing location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have booked to stay here again next month because that was how good I found my stay here.

Not the best place to stay

Booked at least 6 weeks in advance. Asked for a quiet room on check in and ended up next door to the lifts. Breakfast not great

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel wasn’t clean, holes in towels,dirty floors and very old fashioned rooms! I went down to reception as our room phone was broken asked for a hair dryer for my wife, they said they would send one up to my room after 20 mins of waiting I went back to the receiption who told me that they would get house cleaning to send one to my room, after another 20 mins waiting and still no hairdryer I went back down AGAIN only for the receptionist to say they didn’t have any hairdryers available. So we wasted the best part of an hour for them then to tell me they didn’t have any. We had to be at a wedding within 45 mins so luckily enough the mall is across the road so I had to run across and buy a hairdryer. The only reason my wife didn’t bring her own one was because the hotel states that they have hairdryers in each room. There was also an issue with checking but that wasn’t really there fault we arrived at 3am in the morning and they didn’t have any rooms available until 3pm that afternoon but said they had one room available at the sister hotel we could have for an extra £145 just from then until check out time of 1pm which in the end we had to get as we was so tired so had to get another taxi to this hotel. Probley our worst experience with a hotel ever. Hotel says it’s 4 star, it’s defiantly not it’s 2 star 3 star at best!
