Terrible staff and management. Will not help you, always issues they cannot fix and they take you back and forth. If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. The most unsafe hotel I have ever visited.

Was advertised as "resort access", but when arrived at the resort it was a VIP Club Presentation (Tmeshare sales presentation). Didn't buy, wasn't allowed to use the resort facilities.

Stay was quite good. Got a room with amazing views. Location is amazing. Only drawback is it's a bit far from the nearest metro station but they have shuttle service for it. Overall stay was quite pleasant

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.
The hotel’s location is perfect—close to everything you need, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. One of the highlights of my stay was the Salina Beach Club, which is absolutely stunning. The beach is pristine, and the overall vibe is peaceful and refreshing.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay with excellent service and amenities. I’ll definitely be returning!
