Nice hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable room, nice balcony with good view, air-condition working well, no plumbing problem in bathroom, comfortable bed, nice restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk, safe area very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet okay and could have been better. Gift shop sales rep was dishonest with us about product quality. Water temp in shower not consistant
Patio area re buffet did have a nice view

The location was very good,easy access to transportation.The hotel is not far from the famous Dubai mall,the free shuttle service to the mall is a welcomed service.
The restaurants are second to none,the food on the menu is of a variety and taste great.The decor is quite tastefull.
The snack/pastry coffee shop has a variety and the person running it is quite friendly.
The front desk staff is very helpful,they seem to enjoy their jobs which is great for customer relations.
They joke around with one another yet maintaining true professionalism.
The greeting staff at the front as well as the general helping hands are all quite friendly and willing to serve.

Very noisy in the room, you can hear the motorway and cars. We asked to change the room and despite changing we could still hear the noise so will not be staying there again. Impossible to sleep at night
