I don’t think there was one thing not too like about the property. They have everything you could ever need and more!!

Great hotel, very clean with good food and drink options. Overall staff are helpful but we have had better service elsewhere. The hotel has many positives but location wise if you’re traveling with a packed itinerary you will have a lot of travelling as we did. The hotel would be perfect for lazy days by the pool/beach with occasional travel to the city.

Excellent experience, great dining options in our full board package. Beautiful hotel! Location is great if you do not want to leave the hotel and just chill however if you want to explore Dubai then it might be best to avoid staying on the palm.

Amazing hotel. From arrival to departure, the service was amazing. All the staff on site are incredibly friendly and helpful.
On arrival I was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious and clean, the cleaning staff would come around every morning and clean the room to a very high standard.
The dining options were very impressive and the quality of the food was amazing. I can honestly say there was nothing that I tried that I didn't like.
All the facilities around the resort have been very well maintained. The whole experience was very impressive. I would definitely visit this place again.
I would also like to give a special mention to staff members Maulya from the palm kitchen restaurant who provided exceptional service every time we were at the restaurant. Umesh, who made sure our room as serviced to the highest standard every morning. Hardeep who would greet us each morning, help with bags etc and make sure we didn't leave anything behind in the taxi. Thanks to everyone who made our stay very memorable.
