The service was friendly and attentive from check in to check out. We enjoyed the breakfast each day which was a cornucopia of options in a bright atmosphere. Great lounge furniture options at the pool with covered cabanas and chairs. We used the shuttle daily to visit the mall and Burj Khalifa. It was an excellent experience!

Staff are friendly and helpful especially the concierge. The hotel overall is clean. Our room was large as we got an upgrade. We were also offered late check out and the option to shower and change before our late flight in the hotel spa. Which was very accommodating. Molten Brown moisturizer and shower gel was nice in the bathroom, In general the hotel needs a spruce up. Walls need painting throughout and curtains need replacing or at least steaming. Bathrobes were rather shabby. There were stains on the carpet in our room. The flooring in the entry way to our room needs attention. The bathtub needed a good clean. We only used the shower. I was expecting a 5 star hotel but there are quite a few areas that need attention in order for this star rating to be applicable.

It was very nice to stay at Taj dubai, essy access to mall via hotel transportation and a lots of food options outside via walkable. Hotel was very nice and clean. They cleaned our room everyday and felt really nice to come to clean room. All the staff were really unique nice and restaurant in hotel called bombay brasserie was the best options for my parents to eat all indian food. Thank you all the staff :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sound proofing to the roads outside could be better, many high performance cars screaming passed the hotel into the early hours every noght
