The property was very nice. Its on the high end side. The room was a villa style but it was too big for us. It is convenient for food as there are restaurants but very pricy. There is no nearby stores. You have to take a taxi if you want to go downtown.

Such a lovely hotel. Very clean, the rooms are spacious. Very friendly staff, more better for those with children. Does have multiple pools but are all full of children whenever you go. Overall a stunning hotel.

Great staff who looked after their guests beyond compare, particularly families with young children. The resort is clean and has lots to offer.
Only downside is not including drinks in half board package. Didn't know this in advance so was unexpected.

Fabulous resort and a very relaxing stay. We have stayed at the Sofitel on 3 occasions over a decade and each time has been amazing. Great service all round.

We recently enjoyed a vacation at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The resort itself exudes luxury with its spacious and impeccably clean accommodations. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
While we appreciated the valet service, there were times when it took longer than expected. However, the team was always on the ball and ready to assist when needed.
A special mention goes to Tamer, Rizwan, and Samuel, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made our experience memorable. I would also like to thank Sameer who also was amazing. He arranged for a late check out for 13:00 which accommodated us perfect for the day.
One aspect to consider is that the hotel was quite busy during half term, which brought in a lot of families with children. While this added to the lively atmosphere, I had hoped for a more serene luxury experience.
The beach was decent but lacked strong currents, making it feel somewhat mediocre compared to other beachfront resorts. The pools, while nice, were on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for those looking for a more expansive swimming experience.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend Sofitel Dubai The Palm as a solid choice on The Palm. It surpasses many other options in the area and offers a wonderful blend of luxury and hospitality.
