Me and my Family had 9 nights stay at the Hotel, overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of service. Room was advertised for 4 adults to sleep but there wasn’t enough space for 3 adults let alone 4. Also, not enough space in the cupboard or in the room to accommodate 3 adults. Overall, very average Hotel.

Me and my Family had 9 nights stay at the Hotel, overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of service. My recent stay at Sofitel JBR was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Duty Manager Divya, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. The entire staff was also fantastic, always attentive and welcoming. The amenities are top-notch, offering an incredible experience from start to end.... la crème de la crème! Merci for making my stay so memorable :)
