I loved everything, the location, the staff, food , house keeping and guest relations went above and beyond, brought happy birthday cake for my fiance, and did some decorations, they were amazing

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The reception team was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Plus, the hotel's location near the main Mall in Dubai was a huge bonus—convenient for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel location is ideal, although, it’s still a good 25min walk through the tunnel to reach Dubai Mall. There isn’t anything glaringly wrong with the hotel however for 5 stars you do expect a tad more. Staff, clearly trying their best to be hospitable, clearly look over worked and tired and the enthusiasm just isn’t there.
