I’ve booked this hotel for one of my relatives, unfortunately was left embarrassed and upset for such unpleasant experience she had. The electricity kept going off damaging her medications which she relied on and need to have it daily, there was issue with the toilet that she had to complain off multiple times despite having plumber sorting it her keeps going bad, she even mentioned that the card which keeps electricity going was displaced while she was gone.., and similarly to her belongings. Moreover, whilst she had do not disturb tag on, they didn’t acknowledge it instead the tag was dis-activated.

Property so clean and very good and location amazingly mr Hassan the manger he was so helpful and great team with him the only thing we didn’t have any breakfast in the hotel because it’s high prices the cafe shop on the lobby it was amazing

Best hotel in Sharjah

I always visit UAE for business. I've been in many 5 star hotels. But better than this hotel I never found in term of services, location, food, view, beach, swimming pool, staff. I really mean it. variety of restaurants in the hotel. welcoming staff every time I enter the lobby specially Ahmed from the reception. Mohammed Sharaf checked me in with very special welcoming and advised me for better room for my two kids (family room with bunk) it was really amazing. He really served me well. Thanks for all staff, really Nazim, Samy, valet parking guys.
