The room smelled sigaret smoke and dusty. I had to request amenities couple of times, and worse of all I have to pay for my gusts to use the beach

Terrible, do not stay here.

The manager was really rude, forcing me to pay the booking on check in. I fell ill and had to leave 3 days early and the manager would not even have a discussion about a partial refund, focusing more on the can of pringles for 21 AED that I had from the mini bar while I needed to leave for the airport urgently.

Dirty, bad staff, not a four star in any way the value payed is very much compared to the hotel level, not chance to reconsider it in my travel

Overall good for the price we paid. Nice property, good beach access, pool access, some basic stuff for kids to play. Very efficient staff esp. the Filipino receptionist who checked us in. She was super efficient, very patient despite hotel being very booked and crowded for check in. However, room was not comfortable - phones were not working, TV has mainly Arabic channels, room was just cleaned before we checked in so was very damp and floor was wet. The dinner buffet was very poor quality food - tasteless, cooked using canned ingredients rather than fresh ingredients. The kids pool was very dirty because filters were not working very well and the lifeguards whom we complained to just ignored us and kept telling us that the 'almost white' water in the kids pool is actually very clean and it is the sand in the water which is making it look white. Strangely, the adults pool was very clean and had no sand at all. My advice - keep your little kids away from the kids pool and keep them in the adults pool.
