Old property. The first room they had allocated to us was supposed to be non smoking but it was smelling like a shisha bar.

Amazing stay and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Shangri-La to any families traveling to Dubai. 5-star all round!

The location is amazing, easily accessible by metro to rest of Dubai. The staff from the doormen to the waiters to the chef exceptional team!! Would highly recommend and would definitely return!!
