The staff are so friendly and give prompt attention to customers needs. They were lovely people . I will like to stay there when next I visit Dubai.

It is very close to the metro. I would have liked a clearer map or directions of how to get to the hotel from the metro.

Close to public transportation and shopping. Staff very helpful. A little noisy at night. But overall good.

Cons: Hotel facilities in room and reception plus corridors
Location: Middle of old Dubai Shopping in gold souk
Staff are great But hotel facilities are run down It needs a face lift

A nice, affordable hotel with comfortable rooms, in a convenient but noisy area.

Nice Stay!

It was a nice stay. The hotel & the rom were ok for the budget price I paid. They just need to improve the WIFI connection which most of the time is not working.

hotel did not know the deal and the booking done through Expedia
