Very nice hotel with clean, updated rooms. The best part was the staff. One of the doormen learned my name when I checked in and greeted me by name at least a dozen times the week I was there. Amazing memory and always a smile and helpful attitude. I'd stay there again just for that.

Great stay staff very friendly rooms are spacious and very clean! Great location a lot of tourist locations are close by. Also train station in walking distance. Starbucks and Tim Horton is couple steps away for an early breakfast. 10/10

I stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Oct 2024 and it was excellent. The staff at reception are super helpful by allowing me to check in earlier as I landed at 5am. They helped me with using Careem to book taxis. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Rooms were v clean and very comfortable. I loved the location. Highly recommend anyone staying here. I will most definitely be back and stay here again. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

This hotel is in a great location. Near the metro, near restaurants and coffee shops(Starbucks is less than 4 minutes walking). The personnel is so nice and helpful. We are planning on staying there again when we return home.

I had an amazing stay at Rose by Rayhaan. From concierge service to breakfast in the morning everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and special thanks to Karim for cleaning the room on time and keeping everything tidy and organized.
I do want to mention that my WC was broken and the staff that came to fix it just barged into the room without knocking. This happened on both two occasions which was uncomfortable as I was in the bathroom. The staff must ring the bell and stay at the entrance till they are welcomed inside the room. If they do not get response they must try giving a shout and state their concern at the entrance.
