It is super dirty, super noisy very bad location dirty area expensive parking. Don’t go to this hotel if you need to. Have a nice time.

I found bed bugs in my suite (I got upgraded to the suite) Pillow covers didn’t cover the entire pillow and the dirty pillow was half out of cover. Staff, though friendly was not trained in hospitality. They would want to go out of their way to help but lack of training is very evident.

The staff were really a gem! Special thanks to Ms. Karem for assisting us and making sure that everything is smooth. Thanks too to Mr. Pradip. Location is good which is around 10-15 mins to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The lobby could be organized to give it a more professional look. The lobby looked like a rundown restaurant area, not a hotel entrance.
