We loved the hotel very relaxing and quiet Rooms beautiful and spacious Lots of space on the beach with plenty of comfortable loungers but could do with a top up of new fresh sand. The Italian restaurant amazing best Italian food we have had. The Raffles Club was excellent with great staff. Japanese restaurant was disappointing as expensive and food just ok. We also had to pay a supplement which was refunded after we raised with management who handled it well. We will definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel.

2 issues I had with this hotel. Valet scratched the car and I on my found out at the airport. 2 the delivery charge by room service which I never seen at any hotels in Dubai or around the world throughout my travels. Otherwise all is good at this place and I stayed at Raffes 4 times in the recent past

The rooms are nice. But I didn’t appreciate housekeeping ringing the bell while we were sleeping only to ask what time we want the room clean. The food is sub par. Not great for a 5 star and compared to other hotels in the Palm.

Everything about this property is perfect from the service, rooms, available dinning options, and amenities. If you want to come to the Palm Jumeirah this is where you stay. The only inconvenience is that you will need to Taxi to and from the property due the it’s location at the top of the Palm Jumeirah. Beyond that this is the best property I’ve had the pleasure at staying at.
