Property is in a great location but it has not been maintained. On my last night a roach was on the closet. I didn’t even have the energy to complain.

The staff have been most helpful especially Rupesh and the reception staff who helped my wife with a charger for her phone and with directions and where to go, also gave us a complimentary upgrade.
The rooms are a great size the furniture is a little dated but the staff and friendliness more than make up for that, really enjoyed our stay

Great location for the Marina and JBR, plenty supermarkets all around. Sobha Realty metro station is a 10 min walk too.
