The cleanliness of the rooms floors especially the carpet and bathroom needs to be addressed. Ruining which could have been a pleasant stay

We enjoyed mostly everything, from check-inn to check-out. Accommodation, space, location, comfort and staff friendliness.
On the negative side the drain of our shower box on main room was so blocked that the water flooded the whole bathroom, almost reaching the bedroom.
Except for that it was a pleasant stay.

Great service, but property needs a revamp!

We had a series of issues with service when staying here, so I don't recommend it. It's a shame, as it's a new hotel with good views and big modern rooms, so could have been great. We'd booked a larger apartment for a family well in advance, and they couldn't supply an extra bed for our son. We also had a series of smaller issues -the electrics went out in the room four times, the room was serviced just once in four days, and if we asked for anything like towels or pillows, they generally didn't turn up...

Excellent Stay
Posted 2 Jan 2020 on HotelsEverything about my stay was amazing the hotel’s location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the spacious rooms. I would like to specially thank Mr. Ahmad at the reception whom always was taking the extra step to make sure our stay was fully comfortable in all ways and greets us with a big smile whenever we enter/leave the hotel and another big appreciation to Mr. Khalil whom greets us every morning at breakfast and makes sure us and every other table gets everything they need promptly. Breakfast was great at the hotel everything you can think of for breakfast was there and more and thanks to Mr. Khalil whom takes the extra step daily with my family and even my 3-year old daughter to make it a memorable experience.

Don't recommend due to problems with service
Posted 31 Dec 2019 on HotelsI can't recommend this hotel, as we had a series of issues each day. It's a new clean hotel, and location and views were good, breakfast was good, but I wouldn't stay there again. They couldn't give us a bed for my son, despite it being in our booking, as they had run out of roller beds. Power and fuses went in our room, and we needed the electrician four times. We called twice asking for extra towels and also asked for pillows and they didn't turn up. The room was serviced just once in four days... Lots of little issues that don't often happen in other hotels!
