Very bad service provided. Not recommened

Everything mentioned in booking was not available. We ordered lunch and dinner from the resort and it was very bad and old food. Just warmed up. Moreover, breakfast buffet was pathetic. Toast and eggs were too hard and old. Moreover, fruits were rotten and stinky. They used canned fruits not even fresh. Pool water temperature was not controlled. Honestly, not worth to go there with family. I strictly not recommend this resort. Should be 1 star.

One of the best resorts I have ever been to, staff was so friendly Just please set the water park temperature for the kids and make the outdoor areas in a spotless looks, other than this was perfect
