In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms.

This hotel deserves to be 7 star

Everything was great the staff were very friendly and helpful the location was great the food very delicious the pool I really enjoyed and I really recommend

Should be 5 star review but NOISY! This is a stunning hotel dealing with a HUGE noise issue that not only affected our stay but is something the hotel is dealing with every week & weekend. Three out of our four nights it sounded like a nightclub and the base literally vibrated into the room. The hotel eventually located a fan which we used to help create a soft “white” noise so we could sleep. Boats drive past the hotel well into the night (1am and 2am) with the music blasting. The Club/Hotel “Five” across the marina has music BLARING into the morning hours. I was in Dubai at O&O Mirage last year and the marina wasn’t “open” like it is now. A lot has changed! It’s a disgrace for the other hotels in the area and I’m SHOCKED there aren’t stricter laws enforcing noise levels/hours. In the US we have huge hotels & parties in Las Vegas but at night, the parties go INDOORS and the buildings/clubs are designed to absorb noise so thousands of guests can stay in hotels peacefully. I feel terrible for the O&O and other hotels in the area for having to deal with this noise. For us, it was not the tranquil, relaxing trip like we had hoped for and we were happy to be leaving for the desert. This hotel is beautiful, food was incredible and the staff was very kind! I loved the Spa (massages were A ) & the staff in the Spa were top notch! Only reason I would not return or recommend the hotel is because of the noise and I was disappointed the only thing the hotel did was apologize.
