It’s a well managed, clean and efficient staff. Only the valet parking is poorly managed; short staffed while getting events and functions due to there good value of their food and service

I didn't like the perfume they use in the lobby and elevator they used to put oudy or rosy perfume which was way better and also the music used to be oriental now it's too occidental which I didn't enjoy as well.

Friendly staff.
Nice location. Opposite Mall and close to Metro for transportation.

This hotel is amazing and its staff are impeccably brilliant with their hospitality and going to above and beyond making our stay very comfortable! We’d shifted from another hotel to this. Definitely would stay here again!
